My name is Elise, and I am a Kalamazoo based self-taught home baker/cake decorator, who randomly stumbled upon a talent and love for creating beautiful and delicious cakes.

My husband and I live in Kalamazoo with our two Goldendoodles named Frank and Theo and we aren’t afraid to admit that we’re obsessed with them. I work full-time as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the acute-care setting and look forward to my time creating and decompressing in the kitchen.

I’ve always had a creative nature, but never found my specific creative outlet until I made one of my best friends a gorgeous cake for her 30th birthday. Since then, I’ve been looking for any and all reasons to make a cake!

I’ve not only found joy in creating beautiful pieces of edible art, but feel sincerely honored to be able to help the amazing people in my community celebrate all the incredible events in their lives. I look forward to helping you celebrate your next event!
